Who can join the referral program?
Anyone with a Snap My T-Shirt account can get a referral link and start sharing. There are no minimums or applications for the public referral rate.
How long does referral tracking last?
Your referral link sets a 7-day cookie. If someone visits through your link and subscribes within 7 days, the referral is attributed to you.
How many extra credits does my friend get?
They get 20% extra credits based on their first subscription plan. For example, a 100-credit plan gives them 20 bonus credits.
What about the 50% first-subscription rate?
That is an invite-only partner rate reserved for select creators and partners approved by Snap My T-Shirt admin. Public referrals earn 10% on all invoices.
Can I refer myself?
No. Self-referrals are blocked automatically. The system checks that the referrer and the subscriber are different accounts.
When do commissions appear in my account?
Commissions are tracked as pending when the referred user pays a subscription invoice. They move to approved based on our review schedule.
